Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright living area with clean lines and wooden details that warm up the space.
The double sofa bed offers an extra place to sleep, while the Smart TV with Netflix is perfect for relaxing in the evening.
The designer dining table creates a convivial space ideal for breakfast, smart working or intimate dinners.

🍳 Kitchen

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped.
With an induction hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine, it allows you to easily prepare both quick meals and more elaborate dishes.
Organised spaces and a full range of utensils make everything practical and functional.

Climbing the internal staircase leads to the mezzanine with a double bedroom.
A private and cosy space, with a comfortable bed and large wardrobe.
The separation from the living room ensures greater privacy and tranquillity during rest.

🚿 Bathroom

The bathroom is modern and finished in a contemporary style.
It has a large glass shower, washbasin with storage unit, bidet and washing machine.
Towels and courtesy sets are included for a carefree stay.

The flat is located in a quiet and well-maintained setting, ideal for those who want to stay in a strategic area without sacrificing peace and quiet.

🚭 Non-smoking flat: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

🧻 Supplies: the apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels for each guest, so please select the number of guests carefully.
We also provide an initial supply of:
- Toilet paper;
- First Night Courtesy Kit (1 set per guest consisting of shower gel and shampoo);
- Dishwashing kit (1 set consisting of a sponge, tea towel and dishwashing detergent);
Once the supplies provided have been used up, guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need.

🗑️ Inside the flat, it is mandatory to separate waste for recycling, as required by law. You must follow the rules established by the Municipality of Milan, which can be found in the information sheets in the kitchen, clearly indicating where to dispose of various types of waste.

RULES:

1. Check-in times and extras
Free check-in and check-out times are indicated in the relevant section.
However, early check-in and late check-out are permitted, subject to availability.

Late check-out after 1 p.m. is not possible. In this case, another night must be booked.

2. Cot Request
Cots are available upon request. However, requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival to allow for transport.

3. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violators of this rule will be charged a penalty of €250.

4. Linen and Towels
We provide everything, but please be careful. For each towel and piece of linen that is torn, stained and/or missing, you will be charged €20.

5. Recycling.
We require that recycling be observed. Inside the flat, you will find several bins for sorting waste, along with instructions on how to sort it. You will find the communal bins in the courtyard.
Failure to comply with recycling rules will result in a €100 fine.

6. Guest Portal and/or Online Check-in
You will be asked to complete an online check-in to provide the necessary information and obtain instructions for accessing the flat. You will only be able to access the flat after completing the online check-in. The first message containing the online check-in link is sent at the time of booking, so no delays or failure to complete the check-in will be accepted and you will not be able to access the flat.
